Hampton Elementary School Student Appreciation

     The Bay City Noon Optimist Club partners with Hampton Elementary school to participate in a monthly Student Awards Ceremony titled SOAR (Safe, Only respectful, Always kind, Responsible).  The Club funds all the awards and ceremony costs, (known as an assembly), receptions, and special lunches for the winners (known as Receptions) along with a "Wall of Fame", where the monthly winners' pictures are displayed.  Members are invited to attend to witness the awards presentation,
