Children's Birthday Party

For the last 14+ years, the Bay City Noon Optimist Club has held a monthly Birthday Party for all children residing at the Good Samaritan Rescue Mission.  If the child's birthday is that month, they receive a present from our club.  All children present also receive a goody bag, ice cream, cake, and a craft that they have created to take with them.  The staff at these parties are all volunteers of the Bay City Noon Optimist Club.
